Refund & Returns

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, however if any lenses are received in a damaged condition, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same product/colour. Kindly notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is any issue. You will need to return the lenses in order for us to send out a new pair(s) We will need proof of postage, and ensure to send back by tracked shipping at your own cost when returning your goods.

Secure payments

You can make your payment without hesitation with our safe and secure checkout system. We do not keep or save your card details. We only have access to your name, address and email. Payments can be made by card and paypal.

Delivery

Please allow 1-3 working days. We offer fast and effective delivery and aim to process your order as soon as we receive it, we send orders by Royal Mail tracked 24 and on most occasions it will be posted out on the same day! Further delays can only be at the post office once the package has left our premises. Other delays could possibly be due to any strikes.

Other

Please note:-

  • Lashes are handmade therefore there could be a slight odd difference in a pair, but very minor. We do not sell or supply lash glue. 
  • Our lenses are "ISO 13485 certified" (CE approved) and sterile, which mean they are safe and have met all the requirements in quality management system. If a lens is damaged please let us know.
